Flow Care Pro and Prosta Surge X both build on the classic European prostate trio of saw palmetto, pygeum and nettle, plus pumpkin seed. The difference is in what each company tells you. Prosta Surge X publishes milligram amounts for most ingredients and offers 180 days to request a refund. Flow Care Pro keeps a shorter list, lists no doses and offers 60 days.
Short answer: Prosta Surge X is the more transparent and better-protected purchase; Flow Care Pro is the simpler label with a cheaper single bottle once shipping is counted. Neither has trials of its own formula.

Transparency: why listed doses matter
With Prosta Surge X you can compare the label to the research. For example, many saw palmetto trials used 320 mg a day, and Prosta Surge X lists 200 mg. With Flow Care Pro you can't make that comparison at all. Given that the NCCIH reports little or no benefit from saw palmetto alone even at higher doses, dose isn't everything, but disclosure is still a sign of a more accountable label.
Prosta Surge X also includes phytosterols (beta-sitosterol), which have older, short-term trials with modest symptom changes (PubMed). Flow Care Pro's extra is grape seed extract, which has little prostate-specific research.
One more point: Flow Care Pro's page cites studies on fenugreek, black cohosh and diosgenin, none of which are in its formula.
Price comparison
- Single bottle: Flow Care Pro costs $78.99 delivered versus $108.99 for Prosta Surge X.
- Three bottles: Flow Care Pro is $30 cheaper ($177 vs $207).
- Six bottles: Prosta Surge X is $49 cheaper ($245 vs $294).
So Flow Care Pro wins for small orders, and Prosta Surge X wins for the largest bundle.
Guarantee comparison
Prosta Surge X's 180-day window is three times longer than Flow Care Pro's 60 days. If you buy a 90-day supply, only Prosta Surge X lets you finish it and still ask for a refund. Read both refund policies for return shipping and bottle-return rules.
What both formulas share and what that means
Strip away the extras and both products rely on the same core: saw palmetto, pygeum, nettle and pumpkin seed. That overlap tells you something useful. Your expectations for either product should be set by the research on those four ingredients, which ranges from "little or no benefit" for saw palmetto alone (NCCIH) to "small, older, mixed trials" for the other three (pygeum, nettle, pumpkin seed).
The NCCIH notes that researchers could not reach firm conclusions about combination products, so it is fair to say that neither formula has been proven to work, and neither has been proven not to.
