Put the two ingredient lists next to each other and Prosta Defend and Prosta Peak look like siblings. Both lean on saw palmetto, pygeum, cat's claw, soursop and raspberry. The real differences are one ingredient, the price of the 3-bottle bundle, and the length of the refund window. This page lays out those differences using only what each official website states.
Short answer: pick Prosta Peak if you want the longest refund window (180 days); pick Prosta Defend if you want a slightly cheaper 3-bottle order and prefer nettle over green tea. Neither publishes doses, and the research on their shared herbs is modest.

The one-ingredient difference: nettle vs green tea
Stinging nettle (Prosta Defend). Nettle root has been combined with saw palmetto in several European products. Trials are limited and mixed (PubMed). Nettle can affect blood sugar and fluid balance, so people on diabetes or blood pressure medication should check with a doctor.
Green tea (Prosta Peak). Green tea has been studied mostly in the context of prostate cancer, where the National Cancer Institute describes the evidence as mixed. Concentrated green tea extract has been linked to rare liver injury (NCCIH).
Neither ingredient tips the balance in a clear, evidence-based way. Your choice here is more about your own health profile than about expected results.
What both products have in common, research-wise
Both formulas rest on saw palmetto. According to the NCCIH, a 2023 review of 27 studies found saw palmetto alone gives little or no benefit for urinary symptoms of BPH. Pygeum has older, small studies with modest results (PubMed). Cat's claw lacks conclusive human evidence and may slow blood clotting (NCCIH). We found no clinical trial of either finished product.

Price math
For one or six bottles, the two cost the same. The gap is the 3-bottle bundle, where Prosta Defend is $30 cheaper ($177 vs $207). If you plan to try a 90-day supply first, that is the deciding number on cost alone.
Guarantee comparison
This is the bigger difference:
- Prosta Peak: 180 days. Twice as long, which gives time to finish a 3-bottle order and still request a refund.
- Prosta Defend: 90 days, with shipping and handling fees deducted from the refund, per the official page.
If you are unsure whether any supplement will make a difference for you, the longer window matters more than a $30 saving.

What neither Prosta Defend nor Prosta Peak tells you
Both sales pages leave the same blanks:
- Amounts. Without milligrams, you can't compare either product with the doses used in research.
- Unnamed extras. Prosta Defend mentions unnamed "minerals" and "nutrients." Prosta Peak says its video describes an older formula and defers to the label.
- Independent testing. Neither page mentions third-party testing for purity or label accuracy.
Before choosing, it's reasonable to email each company and ask for the full Supplement Facts panel. The one that answers clearly may be the better buy regardless of price.

Safety notes for both
Both products contain cat's claw and saw palmetto, which may affect bleeding, so anyone on blood thinners should speak to a doctor first. Neither is meant for people under 18, and neither should be used to self-treat urinary symptoms that haven't been evaluated. The Mayo Clinic recommends seeing a doctor even for mild urinary symptoms because some causes are treatable and some are serious. Our guide on when to see a doctor lists the warning signs.
